About

Hey, I'm Charlie. I build systems for compounding outcomes — in markets, business, and life — guided by cross-domain thinking. The Notebook is where I share what I learn doing it.

Most of my time goes into building systems for my own operation: how I allocate capital, how I run the business, how I structure a life that compounds. The interesting moves usually come from borrowing between domains — market thinking applied to operations, operational thinking applied to life. I'd rather find the edge by running it on myself first than read about it from people who haven't.

The Notebook is where I share the work: the systems I shipped or killed, the cross-domain ideas worth borrowing, and the thinking behind the decisions. Field notes from someone trying to figure out how compounding actually works in practice.
